Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, to every major city and town.

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your city.

Once your payment is verified, you'll receive confirmation on WhatsApp with your order details.

Delivery Charges

A flat delivery charge of PKR 250 applies to all orders, anywhere in Pakistan.

Payment

You can pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery. For bank transfer, you'll see our bank account details after placing your order and can share your payment receipt with us on WhatsApp — we dispatch as soon as the transfer is verified. For cash on delivery, pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
